These are the terms and conditions on which XANA Couture (“our”, “us”, “we”) supply our designer dresses to the Clients or Renter (“you”).

Acceptance of Contract
Orders placed on the website create a binding agreement once XANA Couture emails acceptance. An order number will be assigned for contact purposes.
Services — Your Dream Dress
- Measurements required 6–12 months before wedding (depends on dress complexity)
- Payment due within 2 days of signing contract
- Cancellation within 14 days: no fee
- Cancellation within 15–30 days: 25% cancellation fee
Services — Sample Sale
- By purchasing a sample item you understand that the garment is pre-loved and may not be in perfect condition
- All sales final; no returns or refunds
- Alterations and cleaning at customer expense
- Dispatch within 14 days of order
Services — Rental
- Evening gowns and bridal dresses available for rent
- Security deposit equals retail price (refunded minus rental, cleaning, and damage costs)
Gown Specifications
Gowns may vary slightly from their pictures. We cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colour accurately reflects the colour of the products.
Payment
- Custom dresses (remote): 2 deposits via PayPal or e-transfer
- Custom dresses (in-person): 4 deposits via PayPal or e-transfer
- Sample sale: full price via website or e-transfer
Alterations
XANA Couture does not assume responsibility for third-party seamstress work.
Shipping
- Free shipping with insurance and tracking (excluding large-skirted dresses)
- Sample sale dispatch: 10 business days
- Custom dresses: 4–6 weeks before event date
Gown Care
Dry cleaning by specialists is recommended post-event.
Rental Requirements
- The rented wedding dress may not be altered to fit and must be returned in original condition
- No perfume spray
- The Renter shall not pledge or encumber the rented wedding dress in any way
- Damage deducted from security deposit
Damage & Return Liability
You are solely responsible for the gown you have rented and are therefore liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the rental period.
Normal wear-and-tear includes:
- Minor dirt or smudges on the hemline
- Slight creasing or wrinkling
- Minimal fraying or loose threads
- Small and unobtrusive stains
